Furniture, textiles, art, lighting and accessories sourced and installed. For developers and short-let owners we also produce the specification pack so the scheme can be repeated across units.

It depends on scale rather than budget. A furnished short-let has taken us six weeks; a full residential fit-out around eleven; a two-floor commercial project sixteen; a structural renovation twenty. You get a programme with dates before anything is ordered.
Yes. Most of our work is across Lagos — Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikeja and Ajah — and we have delivered in Abuja. Tell us where the space is and we will be honest about what travel means for the programme.
